This custom control system shown on the right was engineered and built to power and control a winch used to deploy, hold and retrieve surveillance aerostats. It features an 18 Pulse Vector Control Drive, Dynamic Brake Resistor, Programmable Logic Controller, Line Monitoring Controller, Joystick Analog Control and an Enclosed Air Conditioner.
